June 4, 2012 (Reflections on soliloquy)

Today, we performed a soliloquy of Romeo and Juliet, of the balcony scene. I really liked it. I love romance stories. I was assigned to memorize the Juliet part of the performance. However, in the middle, I forgot some parts. I paused. I didnt like that. I hate that I have stage fright. I get nervous. At home, I recited and recited perfectly, as the words roll of my tongue. However, look at what I've done today! However, I cant complain, since if I started memorizin it weeks before, then I would've memorized wonderfully. I know I keep saying this, regreting that I've not done it better. Oh, will I ever change?
